The University Center is not just a ministry to the campus of OSU, it is also a launching pad for many students to share the gospel where ever they go. We believe strongly that a genuine faith cannot help but be contagious and worth sharing with the world. Our outreach starts within our own hearts as we allow Christ to have his way with us, and then it gradually extends out toward our family, friends, campus, city, state, country, and world. Our local outreach includes strong advertisement, participation, and presence on the OSU campus through Lifegroups, UC Tent, and our International Ministry. Each Spring Break we take around 40 students to spend the week serving the Impact Church of Christ in Inner-City Houston, Dry Bones in Boulder, CO, and Rick Owen in Mexico. Finally, our outreach has extended this year alone to India, Japan, Brazil, Peru, Uganda, and Panama through Let's Start Talking Ministries. We have already witnessed and continue to pray that each student who attends the UC will be equipped to share their faith not only in college but also as they go onnew jobs, families, and congregations.
